2010 - 2011 SUPPLY LISTS

Teachers will have scissors available for all students. 

The school will provide a box of crayons to Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students, only.

PRE-KINDERGARTEN  

                                                        Please label all items with your child's name

· Blanket or towel for rest time (No plastic mats)

· Box of tissues

· Box of baby wipes

· A box of 24 crayons will be provided for each Pre-kindergarten student.

KINDERGARTEN

 Please label all items with your child's name

· 1 white, plain, short-sleeve t-shirt (large enough to fit all year)

· A plastic crayon box (5x8 inches)

· 10 small or 5 large glue sticks

· Washable markers (8-10 set)

· 1 spiral notebook (70 pages)

· 1 black and white marble composition notebook

· 2 packs of lined, white 3x5 index cards

· 3 two-pocket folders with the pocket acrossthe bottom (no 3 ring binders)

· 1 dozen #2 yellow pencils with erasers

· 1 pack of cap erasers

· 1 big eraser

· Paint shirt (an adult t-shirt)

· Rag Rug or Towel for rest time (no plastic mats)

· 1 box of tissues

· 1 box of baby wipes

· 1 box of antibacterial wipes

· A 4 oz. bottle of white school glue

· A box of crayons (24-48 optional))

· Girls:  a box of quart size Ziploc bags

· Boys:  a box of gallon size Zioploc bags

A box of 24 crayons will be provided for each Kindergarten student.

FIRST GRADE

· Please DO NOT label these items:

· 48 sharpened pencils

· 10 large glue sticks

· 2 packages of 4 dry-erase markers

· 2 boxes of tissues

· 2 boxes of plastic zip lock bags ( 1 quart and 1 gallon)

· 2 containers of antibacterial wipes

· 1 clean sock

· 1 package 3x5 index cards

· Please label these items with your child’s name:

· Plastic school box(9x5)

· 2 composition notebooks (not spiral)

· 3 two-pocket folders (pockets across bottom)

· 1 bottle of school glue

· 1 highlighter

· Colored pencils

· Washable markers

· 1 box of 24 crayons

SECOND GRADE

·  2 red ink pens

· 1 dozen  #2 pencils with erasers (no mechanical pencils, please)

·  Plastic school box (9 by 5)

· 12 glue sticks

· 1 box of crayons

· 2  boxes of tissues

· 5 two-pocket folders with pockets across the bottom

· 4 single subject wide-ruled spiral bound notebooks

· 1 package of unopened wide-ruled loose leaf notebook paper

·  1 yellow highlighter

·  1  container of sanitizing wipes

· Ziploc bags - 1 each gallon, quart, & snack size

· 1 bottle of antibacterial hand gel

· Please label all items with your child's name

THIRD GRADE

Please mark all items with your child's name

No Trapper Keepers

· 2 boxes of pencils (No mechanical pencils)

· 2 red pens

· Erasers

· Pencil pouch (zip cloth ones last longer)

· 6  two-pocket folders

· 6 one-subject notebooks

· 2 boxes of tissues

· 1 package wide-ruled paper (unopened)

· 12 glue sticks

· 4 dry-erase markers

· Antibacterial wipes

· 1 box of either sandwich, quart, or gallon Ziploc bags

· Markers

· 2 yellow highlighters

· 1 box of crayons

· Please mark all items with your child's name No Trapper Keepers

FOURTH GRADE

Please label all items with your child's name

No Trapper Keepers

· 2 1-inch,3-ring binders (No Trapper Keepers, PLEASE)

· 20 dividers for binders

· 3  1-subject spiral notebooks

· 2  2-pocket folders (pockets across the bottom)

· 4 packs of #2 pencils

· 1 pack of cap erasers

· 1 pencil POUCH (zipper-type)

· 2 glue sticks

· 1 bottle of glue

· 1 pack of colored pencils

· 1 box of crayons

· 1 pack of markers (washable)

· 2 red ink pens

· 2 yellow highlighters

· 2 packages of anti-bacterial wipes

· 2 boxes of tissues

· Boys - 1 package gallon or quart size zipper storage bags;

· Girls -  1 package of sandwich size storage bags

FIFTH GRADE

· Plastic school box

· Scissors

· 2 boxes of tissues  

· 1 package of cap erasers                    

· 3 packages of unopened wide ruled notebook paper

· 4 dozen  #2 pencils

· 2 containers of disinfectant wipes

· 1 box gallon zip-lock bags

· 1 box quart zip-lock bags

· 2 dozen glue sticks

· Markers

· 2 - 1 ½" 3-ring binders (Social Studies)

· 20 paper dividers (Social Studies & Math)

· 1 - 21/2" 3-ring-binder (Math)

· 3 two- pocket folders

· 1 non-perforated marble covered composition book (not spiral)

· 2   3-prong pocket folders (Science)

· 1   3-subject notebook (with pocket folder dividers)

· 1 package of highlighters

· 1 package of broad tip dry erase markers

· 1 - single subject spiral notebook (Writing)

· 4 packages of 3x5 index cards
