Do you have a child who will be five on or before September 30, 2021?
For enrollment in the 2021/2022 school year, please complete the process outlined below before April 21, 2021.
Please follow the steps below to complete the online application, and this will begin the enrollment process. As soon as it is safe to do so, we will schedule a time to bring the required documents and have your child screened.
Please follow the steps listed below to complete the
application process:
1. Verify which school your child will attend.
To verify what school your child will attend,Find My School.
2. Call your child's school if you have any questions.
4. Please write down your online application number, call your child's school to set up your appointment(they will ask for the application number).
5. Be prepared for the following once you have an appointment scheduled( this will be announced at a later date), bring all pertinent documents: At your scheduled time, please bring the following:
Your child
Parent/Guardian proof of residency(must bring 2 valid forms of proof, which includes your physical address)
Your Child's original birth certificate (hospital birth record is not accepted, photocopies are not accepted)
Current physical examination and immunization record forms available below
Any Special Education, Legal, or Medical records that the school might need
